Freight Broker / Dispatch Coordinator

Join our logistics coordination team to broker loads, coordinate routes, and support tracking requests. You will build relationships with carrier networks, quote freight routes, and monitor haul timelines.

- Match customer freight loads with available trucking fleets.
- Issue route quotes and complete load tenders.
- Monitor active carrier tracking and update shipper contacts.
- Troubleshoot transit delays or driver challenges.

- 1-2 years experience in freight brokerage or logistics dispatching.
- Exceptional phone communication and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of TMS systems and load boards.
- Quick resolution capabilities and multitasking capacity.
